1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect plant or gardening product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

  • Non-plant gardening products can be returned within 5 days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition.

3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • A non-plant item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Plants that have been in your care for more than 48 hours.

  • Items that are damaged due to improper care.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Plants 

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at kaursgarden1988@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (only applicable to non-plant items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
