1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect plant or gardening product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
Non-plant gardening products can be returned within 5 days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

A non-plant item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Plants that have been in your care for more than 48 hours.

Items that are damaged due to improper care.

Gift cards or promotional items.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at kaursgarden1988@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference (only applicable to non-plant items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
