We currently ship our plants and gardening products across India. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team for possible shipping arrangements.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Custom or special orders may take additional time. You will receive an order confirmation email with estimated processing times after placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders above 2000/- amount.
5. Live Plant Shipping
To ensure the safe delivery of our live plants, we take special care in packaging. We avoid shipping live plants over weekends or holidays to minimize transit stress.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
